So....it's about time.

So once again i have found that a substantial amount of time has passed without me writing a blog....so here it goes.
Now I will warn you my life is really exciting, and i don't know if you all can digest the details i'm about to share with you....i'll give you an idea of what i'm talking about, by mapping out my daily routine.

8:10 am- unfortunately my alarm goes off (by alarm i mean the sound of a rooster crowing the only tone on my phone that can wake me from my death sleep) I hit snooze
8:20 am- my alarm goes off once more- I hit snooze
8:30 am- my alarm goes off again-I hit snooze hopefully for the last time. lay there for a min.
8:40 am- my eyes snap open cuz i didn't get up at 8:30, and if i don't throw myself together and
leave by 8:45 i will be late for work.
9:00 am- hopefully i clock in at work. and start my oh so eventful day
*Between 9am-6pm I call people to come in and give me money, i write checks to people, listen to music, fill out court papers, message audrey on msn messenger, watch videos on you tube, and think about how much fun i'm having all alone in an office by myself drink cup after cup of water. but the cups are tiny so i have to go from my desk to the water station every 5 minutes or so
6:00 pm- i close everything down and balance, and run out the door jump in my car. you know how in musicals when the characters are exstatic about their lives and flying on majic carpets they sing. This is what i do in my car on the way home from work....elated to be freed back in the real world.
6:30 pm- i pull up to my apartment. i then remember i had no reason to rush home, because i have no plans tonight, cuz i have no friends. So i make myself a salad and then something that tastes good but that is quick. (FYI- i've been eating vegetables lately FYIdos- for those who know me this is huge!)
7:00 pm- i wash my dishes from dinner and put them straight into the dishwasher (it's amazing how that works. i think i need to teach this to my room mates)
7:30 pm- i finally realize there is nothing to do. so i throw on my work out clothes and head to Gold's Gym, and am there for a good 2 hours usually, riding bikes, seeing how fast i can go on the olyptical (approx a million miles an hour i have witnesses that can attest to
this ) pumping some iron, and drinking cold water from the ice cold Gold's water fountain.
10:00 pm- i arrive back home and struggle up the stairs(it's more of a crawl to our apartment. I pull my sopping wet off and jump in the shower for about half an hour.
10:30 pm- if jeff isn't still working i'll talk to him on the phone, or get ready for bed, so that i can talk to him later. I pass out usually around 11. Sleep soundly till i hear the awful crow of a rooster at 8:10 in the morning.

Now.....I know you're all jealous, but not everyone can lead the life of a rockstar! The purpose of this entry despite what you may think was not to make you envy my social agenda, but to shed a little light onto what you would be continually reading if i WERE to update regularly.

So this is usually how my days go...however i did get a break from my kaotic life for a week in March the 11-16 i was in florida with jeff for his dad's 50th birthday i guess i will include some pictures from our trip......it was amazing!

The weekend before florida jeff came to visit, meet the fam and such.....

As you can see he's wearing his sunday best....he's trying to start a trend of a CTR ring on the tie, i think it's dorky, but that's part of why i like him.

Here's the both of us before church the sunday before our Florida trip.

Jeff and I at the Melting Pot for his sister Mindy's surprise birthday gathering....and yes he's wearing a tanktop at the Melting Pot, (side not Jeff never checks his luggage cause then if it gets lost he has nothing to wear...so he always packs as light as he can) So we were all joking at dinner about how he just didn't have room in his luggage to pack anything with sleeves.

This is jeff's dad's house in Ft. Myers Florida.
He lives right on the beach (he's a millionaire)
And their landscaping was as you can see quite beautiful!

Here is the pool and some tables set up for the big party.....
You can see in the back the dock that goes out to the river.
I loved all the palm trees out there.

Here's a shot from the end of the dock, looking up the river.

This is another shot from the end of the dock showing the beach and house.

My superman...if you look closely you can see my reflection in his sunglasses.

Since we were there the 4 days leading up to the party we had the privilege of getting the house and surrounding areas ready for the party. One of Jeff's chores was raking the entire beach.
So here's Jeff working up a sweat under the Florida sun.

I don't have too many pictures fromthe actual party, but this was the bar. Jeff's dad hired 2 bartenders for the night and there were well over 100 people there, so i don't think pictures are really necessary, you can proabably guess about how the party went.

There was a chocolate fountain at the party.....and Mindy caught me
feeding Jeff, I guess his hands were full?

Now that i've done a little show and tell about my trip i'll tell you a fun yet spiritual story about our trip. When Jeff was packing for florida he was going through his drawers as to make sure he didn't forget anything he would need. He started with his top drawer where he keeps his B.O.M's shut it and went on to the next one, but he felt prompted to grab a B.O.M. Jeff didn't really know why especially since we were going there for a party for his dad and alot of worldly things would be going on, and they're all very anti-mormon and give him a hard time about the way his lives his life now that he has embraced the gospel.....but he figured he should prob. listen to the prompting so he pack it along. The second day he pulled it out and showed it to me and told me about his feeling. He then decided to put it in the basket of reading material in the guest bathroom, since an opportunity hadn't presented itself and we would only be there 3 more days. It was the day of the party and Jeff needed some lotion so he went to look for some in the bathroom, and found that Laura his stepmom had thrown the book of mormon in a drawer so no one would see it in HER bathroom (she's very anti) He just figured whatever and left it there, since he still didn't know why he was suppose to bring it. At the party Jeff and i were just sitting off by ourselves at a table just kind of watching everything going on. When he turned to me and pointed out a girl and said we should go talk to her. (we had seen her have a fight with her date earlier, who had desserted her there, and she seemed pretty lonely and upset.) When we went to sit with her, her face lit up. We began making conversation....she admired us for how we were dancing and having fun, yet she knew we hadn't been drinking(we were the only 2 sober people at the party). The discussion quickly turned to the fact we were mormon. We then talked to this girl about the gospel for almost 2 hours. Jeff since he now knew where the B.O.M was hidden when and got it, and the girl seemed very eager to read it. She asked him how many he had brought, and when he told her only one. She said "You brought this for me, I know this book was meant for me" Isn't that awesome. The last place either Jeff or I thought we would find someone searching for the gospel would of been at that party.....and we never would of guessed it would be her. So that was a fun little story. Well I love everyone that reads my blog, and makes comments. And since this we'll prob. be the only blog you'll see for the next month or more (since i seem to be consistently inconsistent with my blogging) , i hope you enjoy it. Perhaps since it's soooo long you can split it up, and treat it as if it were really 3 seperate blogs. Well so long till next time.
