It's About Freakin Time!!!

Well it's been long enough since i last posted i guess i should catch up on all of 2010. Well alot happened this last year. I had some issues with hurting myself picking up children at the daycare....and was at home for a almost a month not working and realized at the end of that time that i shouldn't be working there anymore. I became immediately a happier person! also jeff and i went to FL the second week of April and picked up our toyota corolla then drove up to Georgia from there for jeff's younger brother's wedding. When we got back i got on a major health kick and started dropping weight like crazy. It helped that i wasn't miserable working my life away at the daycare. I was able to want to do, and was able to enjoy things i used to love to do. early on in the summer jeff and I went hiking and camping. We hiked mt. elbert. I was able to do alot of biking. i was going to the gym every night. I felt wonderful! At the beginning of august we attended at preece family reunion in Utah. Which was wonderful! Then a couple weeks later we were to attend another family reunion for the mundy side in Kansas. A couple days before we left for kansas we got a call that there was a male Vizsla available. We had put ourselves on a waiting list (hoping to get a male we could breed with ginger our female vizsla) We picked him up later that afternoon. so we went to utah with our new little family addition. RUSTY he is crazy-definately has a personality all his own. He's a little bit naughtier than ginger, but just as cute. It's been wonderful having two dogs, so they can play with eachother, and keep one another company when we're out for the day. Not to mention they bug us alot less because they're busy taunting eachother.

here is rusty just a day or two after we got him. he was all but 5 lbs at the time and soooo cuddly! Now he is bigger than ginger at atleast 40 lbs, and still very cuddly.

They play wonderfully together

Then a week or so after getting home from kansas and less and 2 weeks after getting our puppy we found out that I was pregnant! We are VERY excited. We just found out 4 weeks ago that we'll be having a boy. Jeff is ecstatic. I don't know if we would have gotten a puppy had we known what else was brewing. Then in the month of december we had a horrible scare with our female Ginger. She had and obstruction in her intestines. They had to go in and remove it along with 18" of her intestine that had started to die due to lack of blood supply to that area. We had a couple scares after her surgery as well where she would stop eating for a fews days, and her progress would plumit. But heavenly father answered our prayers- even as silly as they may seem to someone else. But we've grown very fond of our pups. We have a very strong bond with them, and he knew the desire of our hearts, and that she makes our family happy. And we are so grateful that she is still here with us.

Here is Ginger her first night back with us. She really missed Jeff (he's her favorite) so she is trying to make up for all the cuddling time she lost while in the hospital and i'm sure she's trying to hide from crazy Rusty who missed her so much.

Here is my ever growing baby belly. My life has changed dramatically.....even in the way i put on my shoes, hoist myself off the couch. Don't even mention sleeping- that hasn't really been part of my schedule recently. but it's ALL way worth it. and we're very excited to meet this little guy in the near future.

I can't remember if we took this picture on christmas or new years....but it's the most recent one of us together. But we had wonderful year full of blessings and even though jeff's expression doesn't show it, we are so happy and in love, and so excited to be parents in 2011. My new years resolution is to keep up better with my blog- I may not end up being consistent but it will be better than i did in 2010. Well for those of you still reading this blog and those of you who aren't but are more than welcome love you and hope you all the best this year!
